I was seriously needing some vertical storage for a weird, empty corner in my office—the kind of spot that’s too tight for a regular bookcase but just felt wasted. That’s why I grabbed this 6-Tier shelf. Assembly was pretty straightforward. They numbered the parts clearly, and it only took me about 20 minutes, mostly just finger-tightening bolts before the final pass. The metal frame feels robust enough, and the particleboard shelves, while not real wood, look decent in that dark, "industrial" style they advertise. It fits perfectly into the corner. The shelves are small (just under a foot deep), so you can't put stacks of textbooks on them, but they're perfect for small plants, framed photos, and a handful of my favorite books. The little guardrails around each shelf are a nice touch, especially since I'm using it as a plant stand—less worry about pots sliding off. I checked the stability, and it seems solid. They also include an anti-tip kit, which I definitely recommend installing if you have pets or kids, just for safety since it's so tall and skinny. Overall, if you have a tight corner and need a cheap, stylish way to add some display or storage space without sacrificing floor area, this is a great little shelf. Really nice wood and metal corner shelf! I got the 6 tiered one in brown. Its made really well, quite sturdy and its made with real wood and actual metal. Its also super easy to put together (the kit includes one of those allen wrench screwdriver things and thats all you need). It took me probably 30 min. What took the longest was unwrapping all the poles from the plastic :) I would have given it 5 stars, however I took a star away because they stuck the white number dots (the ones that identify which piece each is) on the wood shelving and on the poles rather than on the bags that those items came in and the dots are difficult to remove (they dont just peel off) so I would suggest you soak them with a wet sponge for about 10 min and remove them before you even put the shelves together. (or if you have label remover solvent, that would work too). Otherwise this is a great value for the cost and I would get more for other corners in my house. ... show more
