Description

12V marine self-adhesive LED strip light is widely used for various boat applications such as night fishing lights, cabin lighting, side marker lights, accent ambient lighting, cockpit illumination, deck lighting, overhead lighting, courtesy lights, stern lights, and more. How are the light strips connected? Boat strips come on a reel and can be connected directly to the output of the controller. Comes with a 3.3ft cigarette lighter and 6.6ft 2-conductor wire (positive and negative), fixing clips and screws, tie wraps. Are the light strips and controllers waterproof? Yes, the strip is waterproof to lP67, which means it is waterproof, rainproof, anti-static and dustproof, but immersed in water for no more than 30 minutes. The bluetooth controller and connections are also waterproof. Can marine waterproof LED strips be cut? Yes, marine waterproof LED strips are designed to be cut at brown marked intervals to customize length. After cutting: Seal cut ends with waterproof silicone or end caps to preserve the IP rating (IP67). Avoid cutting outside the designated marks.

The lights were delivered on time and seem to be well made and durable (will update as time goes on). The rubber waterproof coating is thick. The lights are bright and instructions for installation were clear. I found it adhered great with just the adhesive but I used the screw in clips (that were included) at all the corners. Tendist customer support was great when I needed a few more clips! Highly recommended! UPDATE******** Today is the first time I've used these lights this boating season. Installed last July 2024 and used 3-4 times between July and August before storing the boat inside for winter. Turned them on today 6/22/25 and half the lights work. Worked when I put them on, literally wouldn't work the first time trying to use them. Huge let down as only about 3 feet is all that will work of the 65 feet. Buy something better in quality.

Bought 2 100ft light sets. One of them the last 15ft of lights didn’t work but we were able to cut them and still use them. Other than that, they were fairly easy to apply and lights seem bright and look great.
