These lights are quite pretty. The fixture has a Frank Lloyd Wright styling. The Edison-style LED is a bright warm white. The base is plain but not unattractive. Assembly is simple-just screw the pole sections together. They provide options for height by including as many or as few of the pole sections as desired. Placement in the landscape is also flexible as they have included concrete anchors and landscape staples. The base and pole sections are hollow in case you want to slip it over a length of rebar for additional stability. It's bright enough. They're not really meant to be a security feature. They'd light a small area for nighttime navigation but they're mostly decorative. That said, they'll add a little extra light and sparkle to a dark corner or nicely frame steps or an outdoor landscape feature. ... show more

The kit includes two different ways to mount the poles on the ground, a ground stake that is long enough to hold the pole steady along with some metal tent stakes that fasten into the base plate. It also includes a set of metal concrete anchors to screw the base plate to rock or concrete. There are 3 long and 1 short metal tubes that screw together to mount the light at various heights. The metal tubing is pretty thin, and the ground base plate is plastic so I’m a bit concerned about bumping into it with the lawnmower or even brushing up against it. I feel like the tubing will bend without much effort. The light is bright and although we haven’t had a full day of sun yet, the lights stay charged and running for a good 4-5 hours. The top snaps off easily for bulb replacement or for accessing the on-off switch. I tried to open the battery compartment on each of the lights but couldn’t get them open without using a screwdriver and prying it. These are accent lights and don’t really throw a lot of light down on the ground. They do look nice however and I’m hoping they hold up in the south Texas sun this summer. ... show more

I like that these are mostly metal. I've had a few different types of these over the years and they always get wrecked when the plastic part snaps. The base can be screwed into something or has a large spike to hold into the ground. the base and poles are metal and screw together well. they also screw into the lamp with a metal connector. Only down side is that these are single battery, but almost all of these are these days. Wish they were 3 battery ones because those are generally brighter and last longer. I suppose if you REALLY want light, you should go hard wired. These work well to provide light so that you won't step in the mud, but they aren't going to line up an airplane for landing. I do like the light bulb on this. Looks more like an Edison bulb, which is a more pleasant look than some that are just ugly LED strips. ... show more

I absolutely love these lights because they provide a good amount of light as well as the decorative elements. They were very easy to assemble. You just screw and the polls to the themselves and make the pole and then you add the light to the top. Also, make sure you take off the actual light so that you can flip the solar switch on to on. The base with the steak is perfect because it's so easy for me to mount into the ground because the steak just goes in and they also provide you with add additional steaks for making sure you have it anchored properly. Classy look. I put these on each side of my shed doors. I have no available electricity in that area. Really upgraded the look as well as lighting the area up. I used just two of the posts to lower them. The base is pretty stable, but I wanted to make sure the wind wouldn't knock them over. Work fine, cast a good amount of light. Very easy to put together. Come with a spare light. I plan to keep my posts in case I want to raise them or move them around. I really like the portability of these. ... show more

These look really nice on either side of my front porch. The lamps are pretty , and the solar panels are large and work well, I charged them for 1 entire day and they lit up for most of the night. The lamps and the stands are plastic, but feel well made. At first I thought the poles were plastic, but they are a thin metal, they do feel sturdy though. The light is a soft glow and not a harsh bright light. I really like that you can adjust the height by adding or removing parts of the poles, very smart and convenient. I also like that these can either be installed into the ground or you can use just the stands to place them on a flat surface. These are a very pretty addition to my front yard ... show more

These were extremely easy to assemble and came with anything I could possibly need. Included spikes to anchor into the ground and a kit to nail/screw them into wooden deck. They even came with an extra light bulb. One of the lights (the top pre-assembled part) was initially screwed together crooked but it was a quick and simple fix. Pasamic adjustable solar light looks great anywhere I put it in my yaed.....very easy to assemble and customize......light is very lightweight but sturdy and comes with handy hardware that ensures a stable mounting setup .... solar charged light last all night after been charged with atleast six hours of full sun....unlike most solar lights the bulbs can be easily changes on this light and commes with a replacement bulb....great looking light that illuminates the area with a suttle ambiance.....definitely upgraded my landscaping... ... show more
