Love the lights. Got them for my girlfriends birthday and she loves them. The only thing is, there are spots of blue paint missing so clear light shines through in places. I like the effect but others might not.

They aren’t very bright and they aren’t all the same color either. Some of them are a darker blue while the rest are light blue. It’s very strange.

The media could not be loaded. As most of the other reviews also state, the light quality isn’t great, the colors are not even and the same throughout, the paint is not fully covering the bulbs, I’m disappointed to see exactly half the string is a nice dark blue while the second half is dull. It would ideal and should be that the whole string is like the first dark half, I thought about sending it back and getting a new box ordered but from reading the other reviews most likely I’d just get another box that isn’t good. Still trying to decide if I dislike it enough to just send back and look elsewhere or if I will just deal with it looking uneven. ... show more

I bought 2 of these blue string lights and hung them on our outdoor porch. One string is truly a blue color when it’s lit up, the other string is white light when it’s lit up, even though they both have blue bulbs and both look blue when the lights are off. I bought these in May (it’s July now) and I’m sure it’s too late to return them. I’m disappointed that I have to now go to all the trouble buy another string of blue lights, take the current string down, and re-hang the new string. I’ll have to find a different seller too bc I don’t want risk this happening again. The string that does light up blue is a pretty blue, I just wish I could say this about both strings. ... show more
