To start I reached out to the seller about the possibility of exchanging the blue and whites for blue and amber with the option of using the controller module. They promptly said they dont make one with the controller for amber & blue but did refunded my purchase price no questions asked. I did used them they did kinda kinked with the Texas heat DOES NOT EFFECT THEM ANY IN SHAPE OF FORM WITH BRIGHTNESS. I do like the take down feature easy to use and the controller works pretty well. For the price point at what they are being offered couldn’t go wrong. Yes you can purchase a better product but like i said at the price point you cant beat them. I would definitely buy them again which i plan on doing. Would I recommend them yes for the simple fact that they have a take down feature. The housing is plastic, and feels a little cheap, though the brackets are metal. There is more than enough wiring to run it through trim to hide it. The control pad is intuitive and easy to learn. I was hoping they would be a little brighter but should be bright enough for nighttime hours (I do have 50% ceramic tint on my windshield). The plastic flash guard blocks SOME of the light from bouncing back at you, but definitely not all of it. Giving it four stars for now due to plastic quality and the amount of light that bounces back. Attached is a video from the outside of my car-these lights are in the windshield, the lights on my running boards were a different product. Extremely amazing product! The wire was more than long enough for my Traverse and the lights work extremely well in heavy rain and low visibility! For $35, it is a well worth investment. Definitely considering getting more products from this brand when it comes to ES lights.

Overall the lights were bright and functional. Some issues were the provided controller. I installed these lights to the rear window of a Ford Explorer police interceptor. The cable length wasn’t quite long enough to reach the front area, therefore it was difficult using it. The controller buttons were cheaply made, you had to apply an abnormal amount pressure to them for activation. Lastly, when the lights are activated, for some reason it interferes with the FM radio. At the end, with the shortness of the controller wire length, it caused the wire to be ripped out where it connects to the light harness due to the opening and closing of the rear hatch. $50 down the drain😠 ... show more
