I was seeking out a specific color of blue for my desk and had finally found it, I ordered this amazing Azure Blue in size 3'x5', it was just shy, but as you can see i was able to cover this desk and make it look perfect, there is roughly a 2-3 inch strip that needed to go on the right hand side in order for this to be long enough (my fault as my measurements were off) I took my dollar general hairdryer and went to work, this vinyl is quite easy to work with, has some great flexibility when heated up, thats how I was able to get those curved corners, slowly pulling as it was getting heated and stuck underneath great. This wasn't my first rodeo with vinyl though, and you gotta be careful not to just pull the entire backing off before placing. Instead, pull the backing off where you want to lay your starting piece, then take the flat tool and smooth out that edge where you want it, leaving some overhang to tuck underneath, THEN you will start pulling that backing off from underneath, taking both hands on either side, making sure there are no bubbles, you can forget about pulling it back off if you mess up because you'll rip it. once you have the top all smooth to your liking and some over hang on all sides, then, measure 3 times, and don't cut until you are absolutely sure. I actually didn't cut anything until I had the majority covered how I liked then used an X-ACTO knife and cut the edges. Then thats when you go in with your blow dryer or heat gun and do the top first, warming up the entire top section and smoothing it, this ensures everything is really on and my desk had a carbon fiber texture to it and I wanted to make sure it had a good grip and really sunk in to the pattern. Then you will start warming your edges one section at a time and pulling slightly and evenly as best you can and start tucking and smoothing underneath. This takes patience and time, and if you start getting frustrated just stop and take a break because you really don't want to mess it up when its almost finished. I was able to put that sliver on so well and smooth because I took my time, sure you can see it slightly but you gotta be standing or sitting at the desk to see it in person. I put my pc on that side anyways so its mostly covered and protected that way. If you are using this for a desk, you gotta make sure to use coasters for hot drinks otherwise it will melt this. It is very durable, a great value/bang for your buck, and even though my desk was highly textured this feels smooth! I highly recommend, I'm going to be reviewing the white color next on my office desk soon, I will drop another review after that and hoping to get a video of my technique, make sure to watch some tutorials before you begin as this isn't an easy task, get help if you need it, but it can definitely be done with just 1 person! ... show more

    • Pretty Color, Terrible Performance
I used this 12”x60” Princess Pink Matte Metallic Satin Pearl vinyl for a car decal and the color/finish was absolutely stunning in person, but the material itself was a huge letdown. The adhesive felt too weak, it bubbled easily, didn’t stretch well during installation, and after applying it started peeling quickly. This is an excellent wrap. Excellent stretch and shrinkage via heat gun. Adhesion is very good. Very good on corners and curves. Interior or exterior. Highly recommend this wrap.

    • shipping quality for this brand detracts from the positives
Overall, could be worse, but could definitely be better too. The vinyl itself is fine; shipping issues seem to be a thing with this brand of vinyl and/or supplier. I ordered a bunch of samples because I am preparing for a big project and wanted to make sure I had just the right colors... they came all together with no labels on the colors, so I had to sit with my order history and try to compare multiple shades of blue and pink to what was on my screen. I'm still not sure which is my princess pink and which is my diamond pink, which is going to make things difficult when it comes time to order the larger amounts. I will apparently have to order one more sample and wait for it to be shipped to verify which is which. The vinyl itself seems to be just what I need and does what I need it to do, and colors are actually quite nice with consistent quality throughout the (admittedly small) samples. It does what it's supposed to to, nothing more and nothing less. But as others have mentioned, the cuts look like they were done by hand and there are no grid lines on the paper backing, so I imagine that I will need to factor in some extra square inches for edge variance if I order any of these colors for my bigger project. ... show more

It looks like it's a pretty nice wrap but you pay extra for something because it's supposed to be a higher quality and then you see it's not even cut right. like the entire manufacturing process is represented by this ragged looking roll that makes the consumer cringe. now it just might be a good wrap that sticks, stretches and soaks up the sunlight without fading for decades but what if those other processes are faulty like the final cut is?? what if there's a big patch in the middle with no adhesive or discolored areas throughout the design?? this roll is straight off the first run before they even figured out how to cut a straight line.. i'm going to use it for small projects just because the return process is more work than i'm willing to put into this but I NEED STRAIGHT EDGES, not some staggering laborers best guesstimate.. so this is why i give 2 stars and will not likely return.. i ordered 3 other rolls from other places at the same time and this roll was the 4th to arrive also but it was still within the estimated delivery dates... Also, for those who want to know, this roll doesnt have the grid markings on the back like some others do. I like those but it's not necessary until i have a crooked cut roll that i need to be straight and theres no line for me and i dont have a factory with the cutters that are used for this sort of thing.. oh well.. you can see how straight the other 3 rolls are but those are from different places ... show more
