Nice simple bookshelf, assembly took me around 40 minutes and didn't have any issues other than breaking a peg when a shelf fell before I finished screwing. That said there were extra parts so it didn't affect anything. The design is simple, construction is fairly cheap, but it works. I prefer spending money on the stuff on the shelfs than the shelf itself, that said if what you want to display is smaller than the shelfs here, it might be worth it to spend a few dollars more for a smaller glass display shelf, but this works well for it too. Assemble it on a flat floor and tighten the screws after everything is together, and it’ll sit flat without any wobble. There are some screws holding the back panel that does need a drill but I left it out, and its staying together without any drilling. Stability is a bit sketchy on carpet since it is so tall and doesn’t have a wide base, but other than that, I have no complaints.

I needed a shelf for my small office to be able to put supplies on like books, notebooks, and paper on. I ordered this thinking to myself. That is this price. I’m not gonna be getting a quality product. I am happy to say that I was absolutely wrong. This is a really nice shelf that goes together very easily. I was able to get it together in about 35 minutes. Bear in mind that I often struggle with furniture assembly so I was even surprised that I could do this as quickly. The instructions were clear and visual for me to follow. This shelf feels very sturdy and I was able to even add a couple of pictures onto it to make it blend a little more with my office. overall this looks great and I anticipate that I’ll be able to use this for years to come.

I mainly picked this up due to the more narrow width and where I needed to put it. It is TALL! Assembly took about 30 minutes, but there are some portions that are very tricky - awkwardly holding some pieces in the air due to the assembly sequence not being ideal. The reversable screwdriver that came with this is GREAT and will be hanging around my house for a long time, though I didn't use it on this assembly in order to save my hands (there were 30 screws). From an aesthetic standpoint, only the backing offers a flaw. It has to be folded for shipping, and the seam is VERY visible on the final unit. Otherwise, the unit is overall good and sturdy.

This is your basic pressboard bookshelf. It takes about an hour to put it together. The assembly is simple and instructions ad adequate. I feel it falls into the right price point but it’s not necessarily a “value”. This is very similar to other pressboard bookcases and doesn’t have any extra flair so to speak. Overall a solid four star rating.

I wasn't expecting a lot to be honest, the typical flat pack, self assembly bookshelf, but it's so much better. I was worried the threads on the screws would be to big for the thin shelves and split them, but the pilot hole keeps that from happening. They are also long screws which hold very well. Every one of the pilot holes lined up just as it should. The back is even screwed on instead of the traditional nails, all pilot holes that match perfectly. The back is also thicker than most shelves, about 1/8th of an inch I would say. Some of the best parts of this is that if you need to separate the pieces in a move or something, it's very easy to do. Even with just a couple screws, it was very sturdy. Assembly was super easy. It also comes with extra screws and parts. Plenty of extra hardwood dowels too. This is by far the best bookshelf I've assembled as well as far as looks and sturdiness. The only tiny downside is some of the countersink holes are a little deep, so on a couple of them you can see the lighter particle board inside. Could be solved with a little paint if you really wanted to. Doesn't really bother me, so I'll probably not take the time. Overall, I love this bookshelf. 2 adjustable shelves. I plan on using it less for books and more for a display shelf for models, legos, etc that I have built.

We got this book case for our teen daughter we did order it in black but received it in white. Quality is ok it's easy to assemble instructions are easy to understand it took me about 1 hour to get done with it. It's a very good size doesn't take up to much space isn't heavy and has a good amount of shelves. I like how you can adjust two of the shelves so you can fit larger items on the bookshelf.
