Pros: * soft flexible material gives natural motion in the water * slow fall rate keeps the lure in the strike zone longer * good selection of colors for clear and murky water Cons: * slow sink rate requires a patient retrieve style Testing these soft urchin lures on light tackle setups has proven to be quite effective for finesse fishing. The soft plastic construction feels flexible without tearing easily when rigging hooks. The unique tentacle style design creates a natural flutter even with subtle rod twitches, which works well on a drop shot or Ned rig setup. The lures hold up against multiple strikes and remain secure on the hook shank without sliding down constantly. The fall rate is noticeably gradual, which gives suspended fish plenty of time to target the bait. While this slow drift might require a little extra patience in deeper water or faster currents, it shines when fishing shallow areas or targeting reluctant bass and crappie. Having multiple color choices in the pack makes it simple to adapt to changing light levels and water clarity throughout the day. Overall, these creature baits offer a reliable action and durable feel for finesse presentation.

When i opened the package i found a small plastic bag with this lures clumped together and thought what a waste, but after opening the package, they immediately filled out nicely into shape. Love the various color, will be using with a ned rig or drop shot, they tentacle's flow nicely in the water. Worth a shot if your looking to give these Urchin baits a try without breaking the bank, great value, great colors, feels like they should hold up well, will post updates after fishing them, 5 stars!

The soft urchin bait are life like in feel, look and movement. These are sure to attract that bass you have been hoping for. The glitter makes them very flashy and attractive. There is a nice solid center to attach your hook. You won't be disappointed in this bait choice.

This is a nice set of multi-color urchin soft baits. This is perfect for bass fishing and fish with similar feeding habits. I have been seeing this type of baits for a while and really wanted to try them. I am impressed by the amount of movement you see in these lures with all the wiggling arms. This is the type if thing that will drive a bass crazy if you toss it near them. The colors are bright and come in a good variety. This is a good value variety set for the price.

Been testing these on both Ned rig and drop shot setups. The smaller size shines on finesse applications—great subtle action with light line. They're firm enough to stay on the hook but flexible enough to give that lifelike flutter. Slow sink rate actually helps keep it in the strike zone longer. Definitely grabbing more.

These are quickly becoming my go-to for crappie fishing. The durability is top-notch; they don’t get shredded after one strike like some soft plastics do. They do take forever to sink, which might bother some, but I actually prefer it because it gives the bait a more realistic, suspended action on the fall.
