The packaging is pristine so the one glass (out of 12 total, two separate packages) that came in chipped tells me it was packaged that way. No small glass chip in the package giving that it happened before packaging. The frustration is that I ordered these for an event in two days. I would have appreciated to be able to be sent one glass or contact the seller or Amazon in any way. Amazon doesn’t allow this, only to return the whole package and I need these in two days, all 12 of them. Sending one glass or a replacement 6 is desirable but once I use these, then I can’t send them back. I’ll have to wash them first before use and I’m almost positive the chipped one is going to splinter more. An absolutely no, no in terms of safety and service. The seller sending a chipped glass is a problem and Amazon not giving the proper choice for a replacement is also a problem. The glass themselves are large, thin enough to look elegant but thick enough to not feel like they’re going to shatter in a dishwasher. If there hadn’t been a chip, I believe these would have been 5 stars all around.
