Definitely size down. I’m between a medium and a large —but these days… more of a large, ugh. No VPL-Great for under body suits cause- well- snaps and stuff. Good under tight leggings, I have worked out in them. !!WORTHLESS!! under anything else. They need the compression to keep them in place otherwise they just slide around. I have a hanging belly thanks to 4 kids and these do my fupa no favors. The panties either do a disappearing act or a side belly peep show. I like these a lot! Very soft and comfortable! No lines either so far with my work slacks! I ordered a size medium and they fit well but they do slide a little so every once in a while throughout the day I have to pull them back up. I’m 4’11” and 135ish lbs for reference
