This thing is amazingly versatile - easy to put together, very nice solid genuine clear pine shelving, suitable for use horizontally or vertically. The fabric drawers are surprisingly well made and they fit the perfectly-square openings no matter which way you orient the case. The drawers come folded flat so if you don't want to use them all (or at all) they are easy to store, just in case you change your mind later. Note that the wood is raw - but that's actually a good thing because after a light sanding you can paint it or put a Danish or tung oil finish on it. I have to say that the engineering on this "organizer" is borderline genius - all the screw holes line up perfect and it even comes with an allen wrench that fits the screw heads. The plywood back was a little tricky but by no means a deal breaker. I've stacked organizer on top of a similar-size bookcase, so I have doubled my storage space without taking up any additional floor space. ... show more

This is completely made of wood. It’s very easy to put together. It’s quite heavy so you know it can hold whatever you want to put on it. It comes with two drawers, which surprised me. The drawers are quite nice. The front of the drawers, look like linen and they have handles you can attach. I know they had those in the photo, but I thought they were just to show you what you could do with them. I didn’t expect it to come with two drawers. One thing you need to know is that it is not finished. So you might want to consider staining it and finishing it or painting it. I haven’t done that yet and it looks very pretty the way it is but with just the raw wood, I’m afraid it will get stains on it. It was a very good value for the money. ... show more

Impressed. Actual wooden boards! It's the quality zone above pressboard junk from t*rget and below handcrafted furniture. Easy to put together and it'll last a long time. The safety straps were a cinch (literally). We stacked the 2x4 units 2 high on either end of the wall initially, then decided to go for thirds. Nice, sturdy. Extremely easy to assemble. I'm redoing my closet so I bought an 8 cube unit. I liked it so much that I then purchased another 8-cube and a 6 cube. They even supply a nifty little tool which works like an allen wrench but is so much easier on my hands. Note: For my laundry room, I had to buy from another company because I wanted white and a different size. This storage organizer is very sturdy and extremely easy to put together. Love that it is made of real wood. The bins were nice as well and have handles to allow for easy access to items. The only negative if I had to say was that the wood is not finished. That’s the reason for 4 stars rather than 5. From the picture I thought it was finished. I am so pleased with this organizer. My daughter needed more storage for her closet, and I came across this storage organizer. I like how sturdy it is, and it was quick to assemble. It is the perfect size for her closet. And it was not expensive at all. She even liked that it came in plain wood and with drawers to organize her belongings and spaces for bigger items in her closet that can be placed on the shelf cubbies.
