Ordered in mens' XL. I bought these in the bright orange to be visible while plowing with my tractor and snow blowing at 5am before my wife leaves for work. The orange is nice and bright and makes me feel a bit safer at the early hour. The pants are warm and waterproof, but I don't think the sizing accounts for wearing pants under them. I ended up giving these to my wife because she does winter activities like snow tubing with the kids and needed the extra room for all the layers that she wears. I am 5’10 or 5’11 and 168 lbs with a 33” waist and 32” inseam for jeans. I usually wear Medium, but after reading the reviews I ordered a Large and am very happy with these snow pants. The waist is slightly on the loose side without tightening, but with the velcro straps it can be tightened. This was the exact fit I wanted in order to wear it over either a thermal or jogging suit. Though I haven’t skied with it yet it seems to be a good product. I did not want to spend a lot of money for something I would be using maybe five times a year. The only thing I would maybe comment about would be the pockets. Comparing it to other expensive brands, it only has two pockets on the side and the one on the back that don’t seem as deep or strong, to hold a heavy phone like my iphone 7 plus. Turns out im not a fan of suspenders thought i would be and thats why i got these. Didnt think the suspenders were worth it, skiing in them and moving around alit caused them to not stay in place. The pants overall are great though and i tried several of these types of brands. These pants definitely were best if youre looking for good price but also waterproof and warm. The sizing is generic, if youre tall the bigger sizes only mean bigger waist, not longer pants. Still, for the price of these pants you cants go wrong. ... show more

Seemed like a good pair if snow pants but found I did not like the suspenders and there us no option to remove them. Fit was loose for me in a large. I also irdered the medium and they were just a but too snug. I would have stayed with the large but didn't like the suspenders.

BUY THIS INSTEAD OF THE CHEAPER ARCTIX ONE. we first went with the Arctix Ski pants. Read lots of good reviews. Completely soaked through the pant. Had no waterproofing at all. skiid this pant for days straight, repelled water and snow, never wet. Fit is a little tight if you have big quads or work out. We bought L for 6'0 195# and could have gone with the XL although we made this work. Very happy with purchase. ... show more

The pants worked great for keeping me warm and dry. The problem was that according to the size chart I should have worn a large, but the extra-large barely fit in the waist.
