I wasn’t going to leave a review, however after using it for a few weeks I figured it deserved one. My husband put it together, it took him around an hour. The instructions were easy to follow from what I saw, lol. It fits perfect in my office and it’s doesn’t take up a lot of space. The desk goes up and down as described in the video that I watched on a review. I have two large screens, key board, and laptop on my desk and I still have plenty of room! The reason I purchased this desk was because of the reviews, on one a women talked about having back and neck pain and it was better since she had the desk. This is a good item. Pros Easy to assemble and the instructions are clear. There are extra hardware pieces so if you drop a screw, you have another. Those annoying labels on flat-pack furniture? You have to peel them off, and there is always sticky residue. Here they are underneath or hidden so no worries. Just leave them on. This was thoughtful. The height adjustment is very nice, smooth, quiet, and easy to program. Packaging was well done, it arrived quickly, and in good condition. Cons The actual top of the desktop is multiple parts. The brackets holding the top pieces together are kind of sus. Not sure long term how this will hold up. Plus, there is a seam across the top. It will trap bits of dust and food. I'm going to top it with a shelf liner to prevent the detritus issue but that won't help with longevity. It would have been better to have the main top piece as a single piece, or two pieces with a cam lock instead of the flat brackets. Notes There are cup holders and a hook for your headset. IMO this is not needed. I'll never use them, but they were included in the kit. Overall For the price it is worth it. I have similar furniture that cost more, wasn't adjustable, and harder to assemble. This is not 'fine furniture' but for this price point it is a decent buy. If they modified the top as I indicated above, it would be a 5* item. ... show more

First off, this desk is massive, in a good way. I had to upgrade my previous set up because the little baby cats I had adopted insisted on sleeping next to my keyboard, which I loved but became less and less feasible as they grew bigger lol. I needed something large enough to handle a four monitor streaming setup and four cats who love to sleep next to me while I work. This Acrolix 71" L-shaped desk is noticeably larger than most others I looked at, and the size alone has been a huge upgrade. Functionality-wise, it’s excellent. The electric lift works smoothly and quietly, though I’ll admit I rarely stand it up, it’s nice knowing the option is there. The movement is steady and doesn’t rattle anything on the desk, which makes it great when I’m filming content (I don’t have to worry about shaky setups). The L-shape also gives me a natural division between trading and filming areas, which has been really convenient. Assembly was straightforward. The instructions were clear enough and everything was labeled, it took time since it’s a large desk, but I had no major issues. Once set up, the desk feels solid with no wobble at all. I'm just over 5'10", so trying to find a desk that would rise high enough to have my computer monitors at eye-level with me as I worked, (and not having to crane my neck down all day because it's too short) was very important. I was beyond thrilled at how easy this was to put together, and then how tall it sat at the final height. I can use a walking pad too, since I put my monitors on adjustable mounts, and still be very comfortable. The 71" desk is nice and roomy. My only complaint is with the directions it came with; there's options to make the "L" be on the Left or right side and it directs you to view pages X-X for your selection. Those pages were incorrect in my pamphlet and poorly written in my opinion. Also, in my attached pictures - this part of the instruction/installation of this bar could be a little more clearly communicated with WORDS also, but luckily, if you have common sense, it's not too hard to figure out. Honestly impressive and sturdy desk. Great for the gaming set up. I actually love how smooth the motor is for moving to standing or sitting positions. It has 3 presets you can assign for different heights. All the brackets and hardware pieces were hardy and sturdy. I am VERY pleased with this desk; the height adjustment is fantastic and it meets all my needs. I work 10 hour days leashed to a headset at my desk and this is going to be a life saver for my physical wellbeing that has suffered tremendously over the last year. It's currently set at the perfect height for me to stand, and if I do need a break from standing I have a drafting chair that allows me to do so without having to re-adjust the desk. I did purchase a riser for my monitors so they would sit at eye level, which was important to me. Assembly was straightforward and I assembled it mby myself without issue (51 yr old lady). You do need a phillips head screwdriver, but if you dont have at least a phillips head and flat head screw driver you're unprepared for life. Side note: I had a SIGNIFICANT issue with *the carrier* delivering the item, but that had *nothing to do with the seller or Amazon*. They certainly went above and beyond to remedy the issue and I couldn't be happier with the customer service!! (If you're working for USPS and are unable to meet the physical requirements to deliver packages, then I'm sorry you should be seeking another position for employment. If USPS cannot meet the obligation of delivering a package then they should not accept the package for shipment. The lady behind the counter at the post office where I had to go to pick up the item was able to get the box from the back and put it on the counter, it wasn't light but one relatively able-bodied individual could manage it as was demonstrated both by her and then me.
