If you are terrible at visualizing size (like I am) I recommend measuring out they 2x2 size, as they were bigger than I had in my head. These squares are sufficient for most crafting projects but I wouldn't say they are worth raving about. They are pretty much an average item. The sheerness is nice, just where you would probably like it to be. They aren't quite as soft as I had hoped though. And it's hard to complain about the large quantity at such a reasonable price.
