Piston did not fit the cylinder would have had a knocking noise for sure. Also flat gaskets bent is half creased not sure how a metal gasket will al with a bend in it.

I used the "61mm Big Bore Cylinder Kit fit for 4 Strokes GY6" kit on a Chinese dirt bike (2021 X-Pro Viper/Hawk150cc) after I damaged the top end when a magic nut went into the intake and galled the piston, cylinder, and valves. Barring having to buy new valves (not usually included in a top end kit), this kit worked great and included everything I needed. It really does have all the extras like a new gaskets for everything, bearings, new overhead cam, etc. My existing exhaust and carb both fit. I did not use the transmission gaskets as they are for a different style bottom end. I got out the calipers and took pretty good measurements for all the important holes to line up. This should make matching to your GY6 or other Chinese engine very easy as long as Amazon lets me post them all. See attached photos to help. This was an awesome find and very reasonably priced. If you need an new top end for a Chinese bike, ATV, etc, check this out.

This is a stock cylinder for a 1P63QML so three stars just cause they are kinda hard to find. This IS NOT a big bore kit of any sort and is a stock 62.5mm cylinder for a very specific 177cc gy6. It IS NOT a gy6 B or B-block cylinder and is not a gy6b/ B-block 57x57mm stud spacing' its 55mmx60mm spacing. It IS NOT 170cc or 180cc or 200cc.
