    • Great Value-Same Needles as OEM
You can pay a more for OEM needles that came with your machine. BUT, often those needles have been rebranded by the machine manufacturer, the original manufacturer is likely Organ. My source is machine dealers in WA, MN, and MT, as well as different trade show vendors. Always check with your dealer to insure needle brand does not void warranty. If you have difficulty with tension, and have completely retreaded your machine, and still have issues, it's likely the needle. If you hear a popping sound, your needle needs changed. These specific needles are ball point, meaning they separate the fabric to make a stitch. Ball point work best on knits or fabric snags or runs. Sharps pierce the fabric and work best on wovens. Universal work on most fabric. Needle size is opposite of thread size. Smaller needle number, finer the needle. If thread is breaking increase needle size. Happy sewing. ... show more

It is recommended that you change your needle after every embroidery project. Since there are 50 per pack for such a good price, I don't hesitate changing my needle after each embroidery project. As a standard size for embroidery and sewing needles these 75/11 work great. I have found since switching over I rarely have had a needle break. The stitching is fine with no problems threading.
