This thing is pretty sturdy and looks great. It will definitely do the job I bought it for in my classroom. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is the fact that the shelves do not lock into place. They slide out very easily. So if you put something heavy like a workbook in it, and it catches just right as you slide it out, the whole shelf will slide out with it. It seems like it would have been fairly easy to add a small rubber "clamp" (like the ones included to put on the base of the unit to prevent sliding) to lock each shelf in place. But again, it's a good product. I don't think the above complaint will cause too many issues. Instructions were very easy to follow too.

This mesh desk organizer is great for organizing paperwork and office supplies. The instructions were easy to follow. When I first took everything out of the box and checked to make sure I had everything I needed to put this together, I couldn’t find the 4 screws. The screws were not in the bag where the screwdriver was. They were screwed into the two black rods. I’m not sure why they would put the screws in there when they should’ve been in the zip bag with the screwdriver.

I mostly love this paper tray organizer, especially the fact that it comes apart and folds up so easily for storage or moving! This turns an item that is usually clunky and takes up lots of space when storing, into something that folds up basically flat, and stores very easily! Perfect for a teacher who has to pack up their room at the end of every year. The only concern is that some of the shelves fit in very securely, and others don't. The ones that are loose can easily slip out of the track that holds them, which could be very problematic with sliding papers in and out from the shelves if they slipped out. I solved this by using a thin black string to tie each shelf to the back of the rack by easily poking the string through the mesh holes, and tying a knot at the back. It will be easy to cut them off if I want to take this apart at any time. This is easy to do, but does require a little extra effort and creative thinking to resolve. I recommend this shelf storage system, just keep in mind securing of some of the shelves may be needed.

I love this item. It is well designed, looks nice, is sturdy, functional and all that at a good price. And it immediately found a full-time job in the home office. Actually, I could use a few more. I really wanted to give it a 5-star review, except that when I began to assemble it, there was one bolt missing. How can you give 5-stars when all the parts aren't there? I had to sort through my own collection of bolts until I found one that would work. I was lucky that I found a replacement. I shouldn't have had to. When I first opened the box , I saw two loose bolts, rolling around in the packaging. That shouldn't be a problem except that, unlike so much packaging, this packaging was left open; not sealed or taped shut. Providing the perfect opportunity for a loose bolt to have escaped. I suspect that when the product was packaged, all six bolts were screwed into the rods they are intended to hold in place. But during transit, with only a piece of cardboard for padding, the resulting friction led some bolts to unscrew completely and get loose inside the open packaging. This is why, I suspect, manufacturers often include one or two spare screws, nuts, bolts, etc.. just in case one gets lost or damaged. It would have been a good idea for the makers of this product to consider.

Don't waste your time or money. I got this and the first time it came the frame was damaged right out of the box. I got a return and the next one came damaged even worse. If you want a product that is guaranteed to arrive damaged feel free to order this, if not try another brand.

It came bowed. The shelves do not stay in they keep sliding out. It's not sturdy for holding alot of paper. If you want it to hold a few files great. But even then it's cheaply made and not sturdy at all. Mine is going back.
