I received my shelves on time but one package was missing the accessories needed to assemble the the shelf. I believe it wasn't a problem on the sellers end as one shelf arrived 1-2 days after the other and was clearly ripped and retaped up. I assume the accessory bag fell out. After contacting the selling, they were very quick to address the issue. The shelves themselves were great and easily assembled. Shelf was built relatively easily by myself. I jumped around with the instructions in order to accomplish this without it falling down on me but it still worked nicely. I thought it was very odd that I received a dirty pair of white gloves in the package and they were never needed. It was also a bit interesting that it included a rubber mallet and the instruction book mentioned that you ships use one but specified that it was not included. I was a bit surprised that there wasn’t a step to secure the shelves in position especially since there are screw holes in the bars that hold the shelves. ... show more

I ordered the 78" and received it no problem. However, I ordered a second one and I believe it was damaged in transit . I was refunded a few days later for the second one I didn't receive..no problem. I ordered the 72" thinking that I would get it in a reasonable amount of time. NOPE. As of today, there were "delay troubles". Its ridiculous. I believe it is clearly not a manufacturer issue.. but an Amazon issue. However, my frustration comes from ordering twice and essentially having the same result happen, no product...but when and if you receive yours.. know its great! ... show more

I’m a 73 yr old woman and I had no problem with putting it together myself. I only needed help to put the 2 pieces one on top of the other (you assemble the 2 parts separately, then place one part on top of the other & it was a little tricky getting the top one to fit into the 4 brackets). It comes with a pair of cotton gloves to protect your hands while assembling (which I didn’t find necessary) and a little plastic mallet for pounding the pieces together (definitely needed that!). Overall, I am very pleased with this choice. My husband hates the look of metal storage shelves even for the garage, but he said “at least this one is pretty good looking”. ... show more
