I knew these sheets were different even before I put them in the washing machine. Very very very soft. Some reviews mention the heaviness of these sheets or have referred to them as 'canvas like.' I can definitely say these sheets are the farthest thing from being anything like canvas. In fact, they almost remind me of linen sheets. Are they a tad thicker than lets say an 800 thread count pure cotton sheet? Yes; however, these sheets are on a different level. I live in a state wherein the temperatures can soar up to 115 degrees. Prior to me purchasing these sheets, I was a bit worried they may be a bit to heavy for my environment. I slept on them last night, and I slept very comfortably. I did not wake up in the middle of the night to kick my sheets off because I was sweating. I woke up coiled in my sheets as comfortable as could be These sheets breathe well and feel out of this world. Seeing as these are Supima cotton(doesn't get any better than that), with proper care they will last a long time. If you are looking for luxury sheets at a reasonable price, these will hit that mark for you. I will never go back to anything less that these 1000 count Supima cotton sheets. I love a heavier, 100% cotton sheet. These are as good as my most favorite set, now wearing out. I have experimented a bit with how I launder them. Initially I did them on delicate and dried them on low. I've found I can use my regular cycle, cool water, drying on low and they come out just as well. That way more water is wrung out, so quicker to dry. Be sure to shake them out before putting them in the dryer. Like all 100% cotton, they will wrinkle and need to be removed from the dryer and folded or put back on the bed fairly immediately, to have the least wrinkling. On a hot summer night, I sleep more comfortably with just the sheet and heavy is better for temperature control, in my experience. These are now my go-to sheets. ... show more

These are extremely nice. I've now bought many sets of sheets from Amazon and many other places, and these are so nice for the price. They are nice & thick, so will last through many wash cycles. So you can pull them nice & tight even on a 12" mattress and they stay put, which in my opinion is worth an extra star 🌟. Who doesn't like to sleep on nice tight sheets, that stay that way until you pull them off for wash. Also after washing they fitted even tighter on the mattress. I bought two sets at the same time, and because they fit so tight you have to pull them to make up the bed. Well the other set from a different vendor, has already started tearing. My partner literally said “they feel cheap” when he touched them. He isn’t wrong. They aren’t soft at all, especially considering the price point. I was pretty upset about it last night, but realized that I’m used to much lower thread count sheets that don’t last very long. I just got a new bed/new size and needed King Size pillow cases. I'm still on the hunt for the perfect sheets and got a grey set and these to compliment since I like having four pillows on my bed. I now like the pillowcases so much, I'm going to hunt for sheets like this. They are soft and amazing!!

I love these sheets. The only issue is if I do not get them out of the dryer at once, they will wrinkle. However wrinkle sheets does not interfere with the comfort you get with these sheets. I can deal with the wrinkles sheets.
