These are very well-made bathroom fixtures that were easy to mount, come with clear instructions and look great. The packaging is custom cut foam for protection and every piece has a bracket for mounting with allen head pins to attach them. The paint is complete and looks great and it changed the look of our bathroom from the cheapest possible hardware store type to something that looks well thought out. The only issue was that the little screws were assembled prior to painting, and it takes a little power to get them out before mounting. I understand why it's manufactured like this and it's not an issue. The necessary allen wrench is also included in the hardware set. I also chose to use a self-drilling drywall anchor instead of the ones that were included, but either will work fine.

These towel holders look great but the anchor that come with the set do not work at all. I had to use different more heavy duty anchors. One of the 3 star reviews nailed it on the head.

We are remodeling our bathroom and I love the look of this set. It’s very a modern and sleek design. They all seem to be made of quality material and feel like they will hold up to regular use. The towel holder is long enough for a regular size bath towel and the toilet paper holder is big enough to hold a double sized roll of toilet paper. This type of hardware is always a little tricky to install, but it wasn’t any harder than to be expected.

I love the look of these! They are nice quality. I did have kind of a hard time with installation. Entirely possible I was just being a girl, I have hung a towel rod once before and it took me about half the day so I'm sure anyone else would have a less difficult time. Any way, my pic of the hook that isn't up yet you can see the hardware comes attached so you just have to take out the tiny screw and attach the plate to the wall and slide the hook on and then put the screw back in like any other towel bar. O lol, I also put the toilet paper holder the wrong way. I currently have the open side forward so when you go to get some tp you wind up sliding the whole roll off. It is very annoying and would not be an issue if the opening was to the back. My fault and I just have to flip it but wanted to mention to hopefully save someone else the trouble. But this is a great set and I love the 2 hooks. Normally you just get the other 3 basic towel and paper holders.

Overall impression: Very well packaged, high quality, visually appealing Somewhat "easy" to install...now to the cons Anchors and screws are very poor quality. I busted THREE screw heads before I dug around in my drawer for screw alternatives. I now have to go to the store to find alternative anchoring and screws for 3 different items that seemed fine at install, but after normal usage (ie. Using TP, drying hands on hand towel, hanging towel on bar) they have loosened and one even fully pulled from wall, leaving anchors in the wall looking forlorn and unused. In summary, product itself is great, but the enclosed installment anchors and screws are horrid. So be prepared to additionally purchase better ones at your local hardware
