At first I was disappointed that they don’t have an inner lining like most athletic shorts, but ultimately they’re long enough that I don’t think it matters. The white is opaque so far even with brightly colored undies but I haven’t tried them with dark undies yet. I usually wear large, got these in large, and they fit well. Im on the bigger side of large at 188 lbs 5’11”, and these will fit even better when I lose another 5-10 lbs. I really like the length because they’re cute like short shorts but not actually too short on my long legs. They have a nice, sporty look for running errands and they’re comfy for exercise or lounging. I have run ~4 miles in these so far and the pockets have done a good job containing my keys and whatnot. I saw a review that mentioned issues with the zippers but mine have been fine. Overall I would recommend these shorts. The fabric is soft and comfortable. The length of the shorts is short enough to be cute and long enough to bend over there is no free show. The zippered pockets are easy to use and comfortable. Cute and definitely light weight ! Soft and breathable , i love them. I ordered some for my family and they are about 100 lbs , got a XS & fit perfect . Only reason we are returning them is because the pink , and purple are sooo bright. I can imagine the blue like a neon too .

I do think these fit a bit large, but I just tighten the cord a bit. I got these because they have pockets which I need for walking my puppy. Those aspects work great. There are some strong that have come loose, but I didn’t expect these to last a lifetime. I only use them for short walks as it is. BIG THING: they are pretty damn sheer. If you are wearing the pink/light blue whatever lighter color, any color underwear you have that doesn’t match the color of the shorts will 100% show through. Just be cautious of that. ... show more

I'm curvy and these don't climb up on my thigh like many others do or balloon out. My only suggestion would be to make the pockets slightly larger so you can put the larger screen phones in them when you're walking. Thank you for having zip pockets too!

Very comfortable! They are made of a very nice soft fabric that stretches but doesn't sag. They keep their shape. Great length - about a 4 inch inseam and leg not too big.
