My sons compete in karate tournaments so I ordered these to keep their teeth safe. They were easy to mold and did not require a microwave which was a plus. Each guard came with a case which makes this set a a great value pack. I sincerely hope that you will find this review helpful.

These do not fit adults and the don't mold very well. They are usable but I'd definitely spend a little more and get better ones next time

This product is ok overall, but it doesn't work for our family. Yes, it is easy to take a child's impression on the inside of the mouthguard, but the outer layer of the mouthguard is uncomfortable for my child. This product doesn't work for us, but another family may have better luck.

I got these mouth guards for my grandson for his youth football league. These are made of easily moldable material that softens with hot water then inserted into his mouth to mold around his teeth. Unfortunately he’s unable to use them for his football league only because they don’t contain a strap to hook to his helmet. Lucky he is in other activities that he’s able to use these mouth guards. Which is great! I really like that these come with there own individual protection case for hygiene and easy storage.

This didn't come with instructions so I pretty much used the method I've done before with previous mouth guards I've ordered in the past. I first trimmed the back of the mouth guard to shorten it so it wouldn't cause gagging. Then I placed the mouth guard into a bowl and poured boiling water over it and let it sit and soften for 30-40 seconds. After the hot soak I took the mouth guard and dunked it into room temp water for just 1 second and immediately put it into my kid's mouth and told them to bite down hard and suck in while pushing the mouth guard against the front teeth. This method turned out perfect for us. I used this for my 11 year old and it fit perfectly. The one nice thing about this kit is that it came with tweezers. None of my previous ones came with tweezers so I had to get some chopsticks to transfer the mouth guard from the hot to the cold water in the past. With the tweezers it made it much easier. That being said I've had success in remolding his old mouth guards. The last time I molded one was about 6 months ago and he told me that his teeth were starting to get sore so I'm guessing that he out grew it. When I went to soak this new one, I also took his old one and performed the same hot/cold soak and was able to reshape his old one to fit his new jaw/teeth shape too. So now we have a two on hand with the extras in the pack in case he loses one.

These seem to be well made mouthguards. They come with a nice case and have a cool color combination. The package includes a set of tweezers for picking up the mouthguard when you heat them up to fit them. As a youth hockey coach, these will go right into my coaching bag for all the kids that forget their mouthguard. I totally recommend.
