This is very easy to assemble. It comes assembled 99.5%, the 0.5% is just to put the wheels. It took around 3 mins and it was ready. My husband loved it. It's a good chest, not too difficult to put it all together, but you have to have the top lid of the tool box part open to be able to open the other drawers. It's a design that I don't care for, but I understand why it's like this.

Some drawers are slightly wonky, but I'm not spending $600 and buying a heavy metal tool chest, I'm buying a nice tool chest, with great space and options, and it's perfect for my home tools.
