edit* i owned this for more than 2 years now.. lasts very well.. has two holes that are not connected.. i use the hose from a shower head to rinse out the inside with some soapy water.. this is the best because you can leave it beside you and then go at it when you want.. the feel is excellent.. the appearance is also good as far as something small enough that it's still easy to bring to the restroom discreetly and somewhat easy to wash.. it's silent if you hold it just so.. you will need to experiment for that.. i highly recommend it with a bottle of lube.. *edit finished* ...great little toy, seems small at first and is tight enough for smaller guys plus has the second hole that's even tighter but it accomodates bigger too, easy to clean with a shower head that's on a hose, just remove the hose and put it inside after soaping to rinse it good, low pressure and be careful, ease in, some baby powder after dried removes any tackiness.. great details and great price. **after more than 2 years.. it is torn and worn quite a bit but looks great still on the outside.. imo the appearance gets better on the wheat colored one after it wears in a bit.

Mine arrived damaged. There was damage to the texture from being stored in hot temps. The temperature will melt the texture and fuse it, removing the "life-like" texture look. Mine also came with a brown spot in the anus area, looked rather disgusting as if used. This product is not a substitute for sex with real people. If I can compare the feeling of this to an actual person, on a scale of 1-10, 10 being a person, Its a 4. It does not feel as realistic as other reviewers state it is. Cleaning it isnt all that hard. But you will need drying sticks to dry it out on the inside, as there isnt a whole on the belly button to air it out. 1 last thing... it's smell. And before you buy this thing does need some kind of lube for a REALLY realistic feeling (specifically water based), I tried it raw and my guy couldnāt get in there. I had heard so much about the Puni Ana from Japan's side of toys. Since they had such a huge market, all the rave reviews about the DX I heard made me think it was the one and the best. But boy is this one so much better. Not only is this one genuinely realistic as opposed to the 2 big blobs the DX gives you, but it actually works in every position you could think of, and actually looks like a nice pair of hips that are all for you. It's smaller than the real thing of course, but still real fun to grab hold of, also as opposed to the DX. Because it also has no exit hole there's a nice bit of suction, and cleaning both of the individual tunnel just means rinsing it out until nothing comes out of it. Honestly as opposed to the Puni Ana that did have an exit hole, it's still not really much different time-wise, because the tunnels on this toy are also straightened. Overall this is an amazing product in my eyes, and I wish I would have known about it before I wasted the money I did on the Puni Ana DX. This will definitely be the one that lasts me until it breaks!

Fantastic product and feels similar to real thing. Bought it cause GF was away for a few weeks. You need to wash it thoroughly with soap and water (I use a 500mL syringe and a bucket with soap and water to really pump out the holes) and most importantly you must dry it properly. I use some dry sticks I got from Amazon, but if you don't dry it properly, then say goodbye to your little fellow, cause you'll get a UTI and end up having to amputate. Cleaning process takes like 10 to 15 minutes, so if you're lazy and don't do it properly, then you might as well not get this at all.
