The installation was good but the start, finish and one splice was difficult. Securing the ends to a post works best on a wooden post where I was able to nail a strip of wood over the end that I wrapped around the post. Staples might be a better remedy. The end that I started on a metal post was difficult to attach as the squares would strip out unless I stitched back at least three squares. Now that I have it completely installed, it looks like it will work well. I might suggest at least a 7’ strip of mesh rather than the 5’ if you are putting it on metal 6’ T-Posts. The 5’ strip that I used was stretched pretty tight. My main concern is to keep the deer out. I hope it is tall enough.

We installed the netting yesterday and it looks good and I have no reason to believe it won’t perform as stated. However - the roll is NOT 100’ in length. We pulled the fencing tight as we installed and got right at 88’ out of a supposedly 100’ roll. We have yet to install the second roll and I will report back with the actual length on that one. UPDATE: we have installed the second roll and, it too, is not 100’ in length as stated in the listing. We have a 35’ x 63’ garden to enclose and two rolls should have done it with a little left over. Instead, we have a 20’ gap to fill.

I purchased this to prevent squirrels and raccoons from digging up my fresh top soil and grass I planted on the side of my house. I'm hoping since it's mesh I can leave it in place (act as erosion protection) and the grass will just grow through it in the spring. Super easy to layout and seems to be good quality.
