My long time favorite pillows are wearing out. I bought them up years ago and can no longer find them. I was dreading looking for new pillows because I am so picky. I struggle with neck problems if I have the wrong pillow, so I have good reason. I liked this pillow because I could remove the memory foam to get a fit that works best for me. As you can see from my pictures, I have removed quite a bit of foam. I slowly removed foam until it felt right, but I may have went to far. I will probably add some back because it is almost too flat now, but that is the beauty of this pillow. You can play around with it until you get it right. I think that it just takes time. I am honestly sleeping well (which can be a challenge for me) and wake up with no neck pain! Overall, my old pillows were still better (if I could find them), but this is a close second. ... show more
