I am giving this 4 stars because some of the features do not work, like SOS button alerts, safety zone, maybe im not doing something correct. Although, Everything else works great, you have to reboot it sometimes as the location may be off a mile or so occasionally. I love that it blocks unknown numbers and only numbers in the watch can be called or recieved by child. You can manually disable an app function that you do not want your child to use like the dial pad etc. You can set do not disturb hours durning school so they cant play with it while in class, but you can monitor their location and contact them if you need to. I like the voice to text feature for the non readers to send a chat. It also has a video call feature and an auto answer if they cant answer themselves. You can adjust the volume from the app and set up to automatically turn on and off at set times like bedtime. The set up is very easy and the phone service is only 13 a month. My kid loves this watch and feels safe with it on as they can always contact me in they need me. You can also set up 911 as a contact wifi does need to be on so they can locate them. The value is well worth the money! Works just as good or better than the more expensive versions. I highly recommend this watch for kids. It is durable as it comes with a screen protector, i bought extras just in case. My newly turned 5yr has had some bumps, has some scratches but works great no issues! FYI: The time zone is off took a bit to figure that out, just sync it with the app and it will have your correct time. ... show more

It's great that he doesn't need a phone because this watch has all necessary options his parents need to be in touch with him, but since he is 9 they don't want to buy him a phone. The belt size is not correct with the watch size, I could not activate the SIM card came with the watch, they took all my credit card detail and charged me for monthly plan, but did not activate my SIM card. Neither gave me any phone number to activate. On top of that after getting my credit card detailed they made to fraudulent transaction total $600 I would not recommend this watch to anyone to buy ... show more

We have had this watch for less than two weeks now. My son goes to the park and friends house down the road. This was supposed to bring a little comfort for allowing a little independence. Setup was okay very limited features but that's fine we mainly wanted this to call him. The only complaint that we have is the GPS. We live in a community with plenty of signal towers that our phones have no problem using accurately. This GPS is so far off it has him being 10 miles from where he actually is. When he is home it gives his location 5 min from home. That's after it's been here several hours and I have refreshed it also. It is never accurate even a little. If we had not of purchased a watch plan already for 6 months ( they were having a discount promotion so cheaper doing longer) I would of been returning this. ... show more
