Instructions are clear, and you can piece it together in no time. The parts are a bit flimsy, but a bit of superglue will fix it up. It’s really fun and pretty cheap compared to other puzzles/build kits. I would highly recommend this.

This was so much fun to build with my 7 year old son who loves both Harry Potter and cool architecture. The instructions are easy to follow and the quality of the pieces are really top notch. You'd think that with so many pieces at least one of teh tabs or grooves that attach pieces together would bend and break off but no, the build quality here is fantastic. The end product is really cool looking. My son did a great job putting lots of it together but needed my help with the cylindrical towers and fitting the buildings into the base once completed. ... show more

Oh what a fun build this was!! I was skeptical and intimidated at first. I had never put a puzzle together like this before. And such a great deal I couldn’t pass it up!! I was decently easy to assemble, no glue required. Quality of the pieces seemed quite sturdy, as long as you didn’t press too hard. This thing looks great. The problem is some of it is too flimsy, including the included “tools” to pop the pieces out. We ended up gluing some of it together, especially the wheels. We used toothpicks to replace the tools.

I bought this for my 12-year old daughter for Christmas as she is very much into Legos and similar kind of building toys/projects. We had a lot of fun putting these buildings together. There is a careful punching the pieces out part that you can result in some of the pieces tearing. They ended up fitting together quite well and do a great job representing the various buildings of Diagon Alley quite well. After putting this set together, we bought some more of the Potter line of projects. I would recommend this, but with the caveat of to be careful punching out the pieces from the sheet as to avoid breaking them. ... show more

This thing is awesome. definitely recommend to any harry potter fans. Be aware though that it is a veryyyy tedious, build process so be prepared. The design is beautiful though.
