My ears are SUUUUPPPEERRR sensitive and get inflamed all the time... these, however, do not cause a reaction. I dont even feel them in. I glued little healing crystal chips to about 10 pairs so far just to see how it would go. I prefer the 4mm over the 6, but thats just a personal preference across the board for most of my studs. Pleasantly surprised with the quality. I am not using the butterfly backs and I love that they came with silicone backs as well. ... show more
