Description

Gas generator is powered by a high-speed 7 hp 212 cc gas engine that produces 4350 watts of maximum power and 3500 watts of operating power. The OHV engine is a workhorse, providing plenty of power to handle multiple jobs, from high voltage appliances to heavy duty power tools. The portable generator generator can run for a long time up to nine hours with a full tank of fuel to maximise fuel efficiency. Generator provides stable power for sensitive electronics, tools and appliances. The power panel of generator has two 120V domestic outlets and one 120V 30A twist lock outlet. The panel also includes an voltmeter. 120V 20A American duplex receptacles and 120V 30A twist lock receptacles provide additional environmental protection. Style: 4500w Inverter Generator
Thanks to Amazon's excellent delivery system, this generator arrived the afternoon of the day before its scheduled delivery date. That proved particularly convenient because it avoided a delivery during heavy rains. The generator arrived in excellent condition and was easy to prepare for operation Because of weather conditions and conflicting personal priorities, I didn't attempt to operate the generator for several days. The generator did start, but it required many pulls of the starter cord (I lost count but estimate the number of pulls to have been over a dozen). The ambient temperature was in the mid-40s. It supported the modest loads that I applied very nicely. I am following the recommendations for a gentle break-in period, so there has been no attempt to operate the generator anywhere near full load yet. I have operated the generator several times to break it in, and each time, it has required many pulls of the starter cord before it would start. Because of previous experiences with other generators, I began to suspect that its spark plug was defective. After removing the original spark plug, I found that it was a "Torch" brand spark plug. I have had problems with all Torch brand spark plugs in the past with other generators (most of those spark plugs were so defective that the generator never started until the spark plug was replaced by a different one). I replaced the "Torch" spark plug with a new equivalent "Champion" spark plug, and the generator started with less than half as many pulls of the starter cord, and as a very pleasant surprise, the engine noise level was very distinctly reduced and the vibration of the engine was significantly reduced, too. Some useful information in the owner's manual is the clarification of the protective circuit breakers for the different outlets. The pair of 20 amp outlets are protected by a 20 amp circuit breaker, and the 30 amp RV outlet is protected by a 25 amp circuit breaker. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Got this for the incoming Hurricane Beryl with Prime 2-Day delivery for $392 and it's been a GREAT value. During the power outage I was able to run our LARGE sized refrigerator, multiple fans, phone chargers, large light rack, Xbox and two large sized 55" smart tv's all at the same and it didn't skip a beat! For the price, power output, etc. you can't beat it. It started right up out of the box and only required two pulls and the pull start is not stiff at all. It has run smoothly and without issue for 3-4 days. If you want to nitpick a few things then here they are: 1) No push start so for someone elderly it may not be ideal as it's pull start only. 2) It does vibrate a fair amount on ECO mode but on regular mode it's smooth as silk. The video I uploaded shows the vibration in ECO mode. Overall I give this little generator 5 stars as it's for sure the BEST deal for the price on Amazon that I could find as of 7/2/2024. ... show more

Arrived on time ( Bonus) Due to hurricane Beryl we lost power. This generator has run non stop for 4 days minus fueling. Pros are : Its very easy to start, Not as loud as other generators, holds around 4 gallons of fuel and runs for about 10-12 hours depending on demand. It takes about a 1/2 quart of oil to begin with which is very hard to find this information on-line. Its very easy to fill with oil, after 4 days haven't had to add any more oil yet. Great little generator. It was the first one I've ever owned and was relatively easy to get going after reading the manual and going to get some 10w30 motor oil to put in it. I was able to power my fridge, 2 swamp coolers, my macbook and a widescreen monitor, my wifi router and gateway, and still have juice left to recharge my emergency battery and power lamps when hurricane Beryl took out the power in Houston. solid!!! ... show more
