Pay attention to the size. This is a small shelf and it is exactly what I wanted for an underused corner in a walk in closet. It holds on each shelf a couple of stacks of t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters that are used seasonally. Shelf unit is easy to put together with no tools needed. Everything is included in the box. Plastic stops are used to hold each shelf in place. I have had similar units in the past and I have never had any difficulty with the plastic stops failing to hold the shelves. Instructions advise assembling the unit close to where it will be placed as it is a bit difficult to move once it is assembled. The shelving was great, easy to put together and is sturdy. No missing parts, instructions easy to understand. If you’re counting on this being delivered like it says, that’s so untrue. I bought this shelving because of the delivery being the next day, because I needed to use the shelving in a presentation. It didn’t come for 3 days. Usually that wouldn’t be a big deal, but it specifically said Next Day Delivery. I’d get it by “tomorrow.” Oh well, live and learn. ... show more

I was looking to gain a height beyond 4’ because of the space it would fit in. I needed tall but narrow for linens. I got 3 of the 26” tall units ( approx 75”, 9 shelves) because they had the 3/4” tubing and was able to stack them by removing the leveling legs on 2 of the units. Then used 1/2” electrical coupling ( tubing with 2 screws- electrical department at box store) to join the 1st unit to the 2nd Then 2nd to the 3rd unit. Very stable.I did use a pipe clamp attached to unit and wall to anti-tip, just in case. Very happy with quality.1 ... show more

    • Great for what I needed.

I read prior reviews, and was worried it would be difficult and frustrating to put together. But, I found the shelf units were easy to put together. The instructions tell you to mark the level where you will apply the clips, but I found that step was not really necessary. Just be sure you get the clips at the same level on all 4 legs. I put it together all by myself, without issues. I did use my rubber mallet to assist with putting it together but be careful. I did manage to slightly bend one of the rails. Note: there is an indentation on the legs of the shelf and the clips have a corresponding ridge...after the first 4 clips and "struggling" to line them up with the unnecessary marks, I figured out the ridge fits into the groove and the clips are easy to install with that knowledge. There is a mark on the clips that notes the "top", it is a little hard to see in dim light, so just be careful the clips are aligned to the top as indicated. The shelf fit in the space I needed exactly perfect. They (I bought 2) might be 1/4" or so smaller than the length/width listed, but that actually worked to my advantage. On the shelves, I was able to fit plastic shoe boxes 2 across, or plastic pencil boxes 3 across. On one of the shelves, I have a file box, filled with hanging files that are filled as well. It is a bit larger than the shelf front to back, but so far, there are no issues with the weight of the box. It all feels stable. If in the future I need another utility shelf like this, I would absolutely purchase again. I felt the value was good for the price paid. But I noticed there was a price drop the next day, so that made me sad. I could have saved $10 on the purchase of the 2 I bought. ... show more

Best little shelve ever!! See the picture i attached it’s VERY important. Make sure you put the shelves on the correct way which is the notches go down for the fatter side to go over the holders. Otherwise every time you tap them on the pieces will fall off. Then you will be frustrated.
