I acquired a scooter with no charger. I ordered this charger from amazon for the quick shipping even though it was a more expensive option ($39.99). The charger did not charge the scooter leaving me to believe the battery was defective. I returned the charger and ordered a $9.99 charger off ebay and the scooter was fully charged and ready to go within a couple hours. Maybe i just got a defective one.
