    • Coating on canvas.
The canvases have a coating on them that makes the paint, both oil and acrylic, not be able to glide as smoothly as i would like. After adding a coat of gesso, i no longer had the problem. For the count of canvas versus the price, its not a bad deal. I would get them again.
