Solid wood is not what this is. Arrived with a gash on the top that I found after I had unpacked the pieces. JUNK! You get what you pay for & unfortunately, this is happening more & more frequently with Amazon & its vendors. Do better Amazon. There is NO way this table is solid wood as advertised. Feels like plastic… I can lift it off the floor to take to the trash with 1 hand. I feel duped. ... show more

Visible nail holes all over the top and every side...Looks like a giant water stain on the top etc...I wanted rustic, not used garbage someone else returned. I'll upload a pic as soon as I get home.

I needed a new coffee table, so when I found this farmhouse-style one I ordered it right away. I wanted something that looked nice in the living room but was also functional for everyday use, and this table ended up being exactly what I was hoping for. It has that clean farmhouse style that goes with everything, and it looks just like the pictures. The table was very easy to put together, which I really appreciated. The instructions were simple to follow, and everything lined up the way it should. Once it was put together, it felt very sturdy and well made. The materials feel like good quality, and it doesn’t wobble at all. It’s strong enough to handle everyday use without feeling like it’s going to fall apart. One thing I really like is the size. It’s large enough for my family to sit around and play games on, which is exactly what I wanted. The height is also perfect. It sits comfortably in front of the couch, but it’s still low enough that you can put your feet up if you want to relax. It works great for both everyday use and when we have everyone gathered in the living room. It's also not overly heavy, making it easy to move to clean under. I already had this coffee table in my living room, and I liked it so much that I decided to get a second one for the kid’s room. I’m just as happy with it the second time around. The solid fir wood is beautiful, with natural grain patterns that really bring warmth and character to the space. The hand-distressed details and matte wax finish give it a rustic, lived-in charm that makes my living room feel cozy without looking overdone. The craftsmanship is impressive. It's so hard to find anything in this price range that isn't made of MDF. This was such a great find. Not only is this wood table gorgeous, but it smells nice like real wood, also. It's a really nice quality and is sturdy. I feel like this table will last a long time. The assembly instructions were clear and it went together in a matter of minutes. The table was packaged carefully and didn't have any marks or blemishes. The table is really neutral, so it fits with more than just a rustic vibe.
