Good functional everyday silverware. They are a bit lightweight, but I wouldn't expect them to be much thicker for the price. The are strong enough that the tines of the forks and the neck of the spoons don't bend during everyday use. They come out nice and sparkly from the washing machine as well.

We occasionally have cookouts at our camphouse (fish, barbecue, etc.) and had been using plastic utensils for eating. We went through a lot of them and were always running out of forks or spoons, etc. I finally decided to see if I could find some very inexpensive metal utensils. These were unbelievably priced. I don't even see how they can sell them this cheap! But they look nice, work great, and hold up well. If occasionally a few pieces might wear out, get lost, get tossed in the trash accidentally, or get bent/broken, it doesn't cost much to replace them. I bought these for an apartment I’ll be in for a year while I work in another location, so I didn’t want anything expensive but still wanted a heavier set of silverware that were not dainty feeling. These are great. Heavy and nice modern, sleek look. They wash up nice - I have not noticed any rusting or discoloration when they go thru the dishwasher or sit dirty for a bit before being washed.
