I bought this for my ADHD 10 year old child who has a need to constantly know the time, day of the week and date. While this watch fits the bill for all of that information—with the added benefit of step tracking and sleep tracking, which he *LOVES*... I'm deducting a star due to the required tracking app not being able to be used with a tablet. My husband and I do not believe our children need a phone until they hit fifteen or sixteen years of age. I loaded the app onto my own phone, but would much prefer it be on my son's tablet. Also sleep tracking with this can be hit or miss, but step tracking seems pretty good. Over all great watch for the price, just think there's some minor tweaks that could be done. Oh and the battery life is phenomenal, much better than even my own Galaxy Watch! Editing this to add: If anyone needs to change out the band, due to silicone allergies, the band size is 21mm. Not 22mm like some claim. 21mm is the size you need. ... show more

the sleep tracking works ! The blood sugar measurement is a joke , ya have to go through hoops to install the data yourself , but that is alright .NONE of the heath trackers can accurately read glucose levels unless it is a CGI

The product was advertised as not needing an app which is why I am rating it a 3 star as an app was required for initial setup. The app includes microtransactions and for some completely unknown reason wants to 24/7 know your location with GPS. Without using the app, you are limited to Time, Steps Walked, Heartrate( over 24 hours or realtime),and stress ( over 24 hours or realtime). The heartrate and stress readings can be set to continuous though by default they do not do this function. In terms of appearance the watch looks quite nice and has a decent build quality. In terms of fit the watch needs to be quite tightly secured to the arm to get any measurements. ... show more

I can’t speak to longevity because I have only had it a day. It charged and connected to my phone/the app with no problem. I had an Apple Watch before my teenage daughter claimed it from me. This was has most of the same functionality. You can even change the watch face display.

Very disappointed in the watch. I was told it uses the fitdock app. When I received the watch it came with a different app to use. I didn't like the app it came with. I was really hoping it used the fitdock app. But it doesn't. Very disappointed and misleading advertising.
