The instructions were clear enough that I wasn’t second-guessing every bolt, and everything felt solid right out of the gate. Once attached to my riding mower, the universal hitch made it a quick connect-and-go situation with no fuss. What really impressed me is how well this thing digs in. The rotating tines bite into the soil instead of just skating across the surface, and you can actually see the difference after one pass. Putting this together took about an hour. All of the tools you will need are included along with gloves. You cannot beat that. Every wrench side I needed was at my disposal! Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I watched my 18-year-old daughter put it together. That is always my test. The unit is easy to move when not being used and storage isn't too bad when it's put in an upright position. Great area to put cinder blocks on for extra weight although it does a great job of raking without the blocks so I would start with that first. You don't want to overly destroy your grass and kill it. If you are using it for planting however then cinder blocks are recommended. Wet or dry yard depending on soil type but not TOO wet because the tires will sink into the ground and cause damage. Great price and great product. The black and yellow design matches my Craftsman lawn tractor and as a Steelers fan only makes sense. I highly recommend it from start to finish.

Absolutely fantastic for large lawns! We used this at my in-laws’ house to reseed about an acre and a half, and it made the job so much easier. The 40-inch width and 10 galvanized steel tines cover a lot of ground quickly, and the extra-wide tow bar made it stable and easy to pull behind the tractor. Wheels roll smoothly, and it penetrated the soil really well. Definitely a sturdy, high-quality tool and highly recommend for anyone tackling a big lawn!

Ill start with what's usually a headache and was not... assembly. The instructions were very good! Using hand tools it took me about an hour to assemble. Had i used power tools I probably could've cut the time in half. It rolls smoothly on its wheels with the spikes elevated. Easy pull handle to drop the spikes and start aerating. Hooks up to any mower style hitch, I hooked it up to my John deere d102 no problem. Price wise it's a little cheaper than what I've seen around.
