One of the 4 batteries and a charger is not working. The CHARGER that is not working, it's constant flashing, regardless of which battery is placed in it. The BATTERY that is not working, when place in the GOOD charger, it flash red.

I received my order; however, I am extremely dissatisfied with its condition. Despite paying for a brand-new product, what I received appears to be used and possibly previously returned. Specifically: - The batteries have visible scratches, indicating prior use. - The hammer drill has a crack on the side. - The carrying case is also cracked and, in addition, far too small to properly fit the items. Was this case even designed for this set? - The instruction sheet was completely crushed, further suggesting the package was not new. The overall condition of this order is unacceptable. I would like a full replacement with a brand-new product, as originally purchased.
