The plastic is fairly thin so if you pull the outer case to pull out the plug you may run the chance of stripping the molded in threads. It hasn't happened so far but it isn't very robust.     • Worked good on my Linksys Velop system.
So I had purchased 6 Linksys Velop WiFi Mesh devices elsewhere. But they didn't have the power supplies. I have an entire tub of 12V DC power supplies, but the connector on the Velop system is very small. These connectors worked great. You do need a small amount of soldering skills (not difficult by any means), some wire cutters/strippers and you'll be in business. ... show more

    • Works as expected but be careful threading heavier cable
Strain relief part of the connector may not take stress while threading heavier cable because it is made of a stiffer plastic. Use of a lubricant may be required to prevent tearing, but for smaller cables this should not be an issue.
