This was easy, felt like it could help me understand where to put highlights and shadows. The painting came out noticably different than the photo, there are sections missing and the colors are a bit off. Looks decent though and now that it's all filled in I think it'll be pretty easy to touch it up to what I want it to look like. Great value for the price ... show more

I really enjoy the product, but be warned that they are literally just the canvas cloth - no wood or backing like you may expect from the pictures. A little misleading, but ultimately 4 paint by numbers for the price is pretty reasonable

I hadn't touched a paintbrush since high school over 10 years ago, and decided to get this set because I've been trying to dabble with arts and crafts more. This set is really fun and easy for beginners. It started a little stressful cuz I felt like I couldn't get the paint thick enough to fully cover the canvas and I was trying too hard to stay exact in the lines. Once I realized the numbers are a guide, not a strict rule (ya know, it's a relaxing low-stakes activity, not Squid Games) it got a lot more fun. It feels good to create something tangible with my hands, and I know I wouldn't have been able to do this by myself without the set. I can't wait to do the rest!! ... show more

So I like painting this one. It wasn’t very difficult and purple is my favorite color and there are several purple in this. I wish that the colors were more purple and the background more grey like the example appears. But it’s pretty. Tip for any PBN. Use an acrylic paint pen/marker for over the numbers before painting. And add a few drops of water to the paints and then stir with a toothpick. I suggest always mixing the paints regardless. ... show more
