Used the bottle only first. After using it per instruction my keurig no longer to a while to heat up, and it didn't take time for the water to go into the keurig. Before it took a long time for everything to start up until I used this. I'll use the cup to occasionally keep the needle clean.

I haven't descaled yet, but reading the instructions & reviews, it seems to be easy. Got the Keurig for Christmas so far the flavor of the coffee is good. So after using it for 3 months, Iwill bedescaling soon.

Worked really well and there was no aftertaste. Only issue was it came just packed in a bubble wrap line envelope and the bottle had leaked out a bit from being squished. Other than that the product itself seems to do the job.
