Great pack n play. I mainly bought this because of the side sleeper feature. The only downfall was the assembly. For some reason the product video and written directions did not get a specific detail across to me clearly. In order for the pen to lock in place, you must not unfold it completely. We were unfolding it first and trying to lift the sides and it wasn't locking. I seen another review that had the same issue as me. You must have it partially unfolded and lift the sides to get them to lock. A YouTube video completely unrelated to this product helped me figure this out. The below screenshot shows the position it should be in in order to lock up properly. After that, setup was a breeze, this was the only thing we struggled with. Mattress pad is about an inch thick and firm and the changing table is pretty sturdy as well.

This is an great baby bassinet/bedside sleeper/playard/changing table! I love that it can be used on the lower level as a regular pack and play, and that it also has an upper bassinet level that zips securely into place. On top of that, it's such a great design that one side rail can be lowered so you can use it as a bedside sleeper! The zipper doorway on the lower level is fun for toddlers to be able to crawl in and out. The diaper changing platform attaches securely and I especially like the storage tray/caddy that can be attached to the rails to hold your diapers, wipes, and other supplies. This thing seriously has everything you could possibly need/want, and it's so impressive that it can all fold up compactly into its matching zipper storage bag.

Fairly straightforward to set up. The dropdown it easy to maneuver and has some zippers on the outside piece as well as the insert for the higher bassinet height to make things smooth. This is more bassinet size than a typical pack and play (thinner). The accessories/diaper holder is a nice addition and simple to put on. The changing table, however, is a bit difficult to put together and to put on top. Plus you can’t be using the drop down down at the same time. It does fit underneath the higher insert (see my picture), so I’m likely to use it separate from the bassinet since it keeps its shape and put it on the bed when I’m changing diapers. This works because of the nice opening for when the baby is older. Another thing to mention is that the bed/mattress is a little difficult to velcro down since you have to get under/between the higher liner and the bottom of the crib structure (not underneath unless you’re putting the mat on the floor of it).

This is a great pack and play. Whether keeping in your room or for traveling/on the go situations, this is so nice to have. Being 4-in-1 is what makes it so convenient. You can keep it bedside as a bassinet, as a standalone crib or playpen and has a changer that is easy to attach and take off. Setting up and of the stages and packing it up is all so simple that this is a very convenient thing to have! Very affordable and nice quality. We're very happy with it!

Great for travel and has lots of uses. I sent this to my sisters house for when visit and it worked out great for our 6 month old. He slept ok in it and it gave me an easy spot to store stuff and change diapers.
