I hate giving only 3 stars, because this product itself is great. But the seller needs to get the message that the shipping method is damaging their wonderful product. At this time, this is the 7th review that mentions damage in shipping out of only 8 total reviews. I ordered one sheet. A piece was broken off and at the bottom of the box, and it was cracked in another place. Fortunately, I don't need a full sheet and can work around the damaged areas. This is the 3rd time I've used this lattice. The first time was to line a new chain-link fence to minimize the ugliness while vegetation grew back. The other was to line a cinder block wall, so ivy could grow up it. Both are years old and have worked out marvelously. BTW, that it comes in a roll is no big deal. My 5 panels arrived rolled up 2 per box. Most was fine. One box got crushed and 2 panels were broken. No problems when unrolled. It flattens quick which i didn't expect. If you have the time for shipping and can risk a breakage which is promptly refunded then go for it............No different than the big box stock. ... show more

I ordered 3 lattice panels. The box was damaged and one of the panels was broken in 2 places where the box had been broken. I requested to return it for an exchange and received a message not to return it and that I would receive a free replacement. Still waiting.

    • Every sheet arrived cracked
The lattice was shipped rolled in bundles and put in boxes. Every single lattice sheet was cracked. The product is probably ok but the way it was shipped was not

LIt took weeks to come and then it was broken upon arrival. Lattice was nice color but it was broken in several places when it arrived. I was not able to use it.

This arrived rolled up in a tube and there were three broken areas because this is fragile. I needed it urgently and it took 2 weeks to get to me, so I just super glued the piece together. Looks nice though.

can't even give this product a minus!!! Lattice was in a box that was damaged, it did NOT have a nylon belt around it like the other one did. It was sent defective and I did write to the company and have heard nothing back. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT THE COMPANT DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT.

I was very surprised when the lattice panels arrived ROLLED into cylinders and packed in large boxes, instead of being shipped flat. They are otherwise sturdy and undamaged, but, unfortunately, will require extra time to flatten back out before they can be used.
