They were a very cute and festive addition to our Halloween decorations! I did notice that one shone a little brighter than the other, but they both made it through a particularly tough fall season weather-wise. The first one I received did not work at all, so I exchanged it for another with no problems at all. I've been using this one now since the end of September and it's holding up well. Looks absolutely adorable with my other Halloween decorations. I live in an apartment complex, and although I have a nice front yard area, it's not really big enough for large blow-ups so this size is just perfect! I've gotten a lot of compliments too.

Product works perfectly for our needs but...... I would never have bought this product if I had been aware of the following warning printed on the back of the box, "WARNING: This product contains chemicals, including LEAD, known to the State of California to cause cancer, and birth defects or other reproductive harm. WASH HANDS AFTER HANDLING. I guess the other states are unaware of the dangers of LEAD - I am suspect this warning is a REQUIREMENT for sales in CA. Who uses LEAD in any consumer grade products anymore? The answer, "Made in China". Amazon should include a warning for this product so potential purchasers can decide if this is the right product for them. The ideal answer would be to stop carrying these type products which self-admittedly contain hazardous materials but in today's world that is next to impossible considering where the bulk of our consumer products originate. I compare this item to a "toy" (don't flame me as I know the differences). How many little children will have the urge to touch this "cute" decoration sitting next to your front door during Trick or Treat? I am sure with proper handling and use, this product is "safe" but why take the chance if you have options?

We purchased this for the kid-friendly area of our Halloween party. Several children decided it worked like a punching bag - the sand weight at the bottom ensuring an upright posture even when struck down! The Jack-o-Lanters held their own and gave a cheery light to the room. Well worth the money and now a staple decoration for the holiday.

Easy to install and so cute lite up at night. My 5 year old son loved it and we had people taking pictures of their kids with it on Halloween night. Not very large so it would work great on a patio or balcony too.
