I have gotten in the habit of taping my mouth at night to ensure I breathe through my nose. I was ordering specific mouth tape, but I have found this tape to be way more effective and affordable. It holds all night, and I only need a small amount of it. And, it tears very easily so there is no need to use scissors. Most mouth tape I have used doesn't last me through the night, but this does. I only have to use a little over an inch of tape and it holds. At this rate, this tape is way more affordable than other options. One review mentioned the tape leaving residue when used as mouth tape. Had my doubts about using this tape for a stomach wound surrounded by soft sensitive skin. From my experience if the tape was strong enough to hold my dressing in place, then it ripped my skin when removing it. Not this tape. It's strong enough to keep bandages/ dressings in place and gentle enough to come off the skin gently. As an extra added bonus you won't need scissors to cut off strips to use. I use a glucose monitor that sometimes gets less sticky than I am comfortable with. One piece of this tape secures the sensor through sweat, work, and several showers. I will purchase this tape again!

    • I Love This Stuff!
I use it religiously on wounds, and I love how easily it tears. It adheres very well which means I don't have to check to see if it's coming off. I'll keep my medicine cabinet well stocked with this tape.

    • Doesn't fit in dispenser
The tape is acceptable, and is the same flexible, easy to tear, tape that you can get in the dispenser (which is pictured but not included.) I was under the impression that these refill rolls would fit in the dispenser since it was pictured. However, the double pack of rolls available absolutely do NOT fit in the Nexcare dispenser as the center core size is much too small. So, plan on using the rolls independently. ... show more
