Simple summery, they work. In depth summery, I got these bandages from a really bad cut/scrap on my knee. I was first introduced to these type of bandages by a friend for the same injury. The one they gave me were a little bit too small of my injury, so I came get some that would be big enough. I can say when the packaging/label say extra large, they mean extra large, one bandage was able to cover basically my whole knee. When they are applied correctly they will last a good amount of time, I had mine on for about a week. And they really do work with faster healing, as I say I has my on for a week and my injury went from really bad and missing skin to just have if a small cut left. The one negative I had with them was that they were not the most waterproof. Mine fell off shortly after I got into water. But I still feel like the benefits it give outweighs this one negative. ... show more

I tried All-haealth and Band-aid brand as a comparison. These are NOT: breathable, nor do they absorb the wound exudate, and I would definitely not say they are waterproof, nor have some dressing change indicator. Whomever wrote the products advertisement is not that honest. However, after cutting them into two pieces and putting them on my incisions, I am GRATEFUL I found this brand!!!! They are AMAZING at pain relief, reducing scarring, helped me heal 3 times faster, and would easily last me 10 days!!!! I don't think most people on the reviews are following instructions. Which is the norm, unfortunately. You should make sure you are 100% clean, dry, and want the wound to heal quickly!!! I would NEVER put them on my nipple again. Bc they are not breathable. But my areolas healed so quick after 20 days, two applications. I do have pics but unless I was a spokes person, they are private. Lol I am still using them on my arms and especially where the areola and incision meet as well as the rest of that lollipop cut. You can barely tell I had surgery and it's been 8 weeks!!!! The pain relief on my arms, so I can go back to work, is phenomenal!!! I can't complain about the price bc my perspective is specific to paying thousands for a surgery you can barely tell I had. Also, I eat with intent. I make sure I eat or drink 40 grams of protein each day. Along with veggies each day and ate very little sugar. I took diluted arnica as a sublingual, and used a heating pad for 30 minutes in each area before stretching, as directed by my Surgeon. I highly recommend these to my Patients and LOVE them personally!!! Better than the $100 patches of crap I tried that was suggested by regular Doctors. Seriously! I have extremely sensitive skin and zero issue with a reaction. But was not using product underneath either! I think that is also another problem with these mixed reviews. If you are going to use the pain relief, anti-scarring, Neosporin, you don't put these on that day. That's obvious, no? Lol ... show more

Started out a handful of years ago using the popular brand's version of this. Found that the product does what it says in that it speeds up the healing process. This version is pretty much the same as the better-known brand. I recently skinned my knee and am in day 3 of healing. I've been changing the bandage daily given the 'weeping' that occurs when I walk on the leg (gross, I know) but I can see, when I change-out the bandages, that the wound is indeed healing well. I've used the smaller version of these bandages on fingers, arms, and they work very well. They cost more than regular bandages, but are worth it. Hold up in showers, too. ... show more

This band aid is excellent for large and deep, bloody scrapes. The medicine in the pad helps the wound heal much more quickly and effectively than a regular band aid. Any of the band aids of his brand with the "smart heal" label are worth purchasing.
