I am disappointed with 3m, the battery's that came with all 3 of the hoods we bought survived well into 2 years and would hold a charge for the entire day. Ordered these two replacements and didn't make it 2 months before loosing the charge earlier and earlier and now won't hold a charge 10 minutes.
