I had a large scrape in the hood of my truck. One that touch-up paint couldn't hide. I ran a strip up the hood to mask it. Gloss black metallic did very well at near perfectly matching the brilliant Black pearl paint (RAM'S OEM PAINT). $15 in vinyl wrap is far better than $500 for new paint. Overall I was satisfied with results as a newbie to vinyl wrapping. It did shrink a bit and was not very forgiving on a hot sunny hood and if over worked it can tare, but it is fairly easy to wrap over top and patch. ... show more

Color is very accurate but vinyl is not durable at all personally, I would just recommend painting if going for this color because it is very hard to find vinyl for it. That is reliable

Do not waste your time with any other vinyl. I’ve tried others, seriously, this is the best. You can work with it , adheres great, made me feel like a pro. I struggle w some other brands, I bought then because they were cheaper. There’s a reason. Buy this Rvinyl if you’re looking to wrap anything.

Easy to use depending on what you're putting it on. Anything with any curves, say a prayer and take a xanex before you do it. Anything straight and smooth it's a cake walk.
