  • perfect match for original motorcycle striping
Size: 5ft x 1ft Color: Gloss Blue Fire - 1080 G337
I used this vinyl wrap to replace the original gas tank striping on my 82 Honda motorcycle. The color and metallic is an exact match. The quality seems good. No issues so far.

  • Works!!! No bubbles and no peeling but used heat gun generously.
Size: 5ft x 1ft Color: Gloss Black - 2080 G12
The media could not be loaded. Was my first time applying vinyl to do the chrome delete and it was not as complicated as I thought it would be, I’m not a pro but handy with good amount of patience but was surprised that it required less patience and time than I expected. It’s been 2 months since and no bubbles or “unsticking” but I followed directions. Few tips to consider if you are doing this: 1. Watch some videos - search and watch a couple on how to do this. 2. Clean surface well - I used soap first then cleaned surface of my chrome with alcohol pads to remove any oil/wax. 3. Tools you’ll need: you don’t need whole big set of tools(I did buy every possible tool and most of it was not used). What was most useful is “credit card looking tool, sharp cutting knife/razor, gloves, tool with felt or whatever that fabric is that helps you to squeeze bubbles out and position vinyl and HEAT GUN! Please do use heat gum, I guarantee that hair blower will cause more problems wasting all your work. Applying: don’t stretch! Apply and let it stick without stretching vinyl. Once applied, cut it gently and somewhat evenly in angle going under your chrome detail, leaving few millimeters of vinyl on edges. Tuck it in with tools - make sure your car is dry though, mine was bit wet after rain and even then it’s still worked (surprisingly) but when I used heat gun it dried few spots under chrome. HEAT GUN: be gentle not to burn your vinyl or paint but go for it and give it a nice heat - I think this is what I’ve done right and probably the reason why it doesn’t peel at all, you can use gloves to tuck it in at the edges and once hot it conforms into surface on corners making it look good. Don’t be shy here! Result: instead of paying 850 as per cheapest quote I’ve gotten for chrome delete, all materials and tools (I’ve head cheap heat gun already) I spent 65 bucks and have very very nice result, couple mistakes in couple of places that barely noticeable but if you have extra vinyl, you can peel your “mistake” off and try again but this totally worth it! Took about 1.5-2 hours to do entire trim around all windows. Color of the vinyl: it is more brownish hue to it than pure black, at first I was disappointed and I also used two different brands (3M 2” vinyl tape and this vinyl for curvy trims) but depending on light and angle you can barely see “brown” and it blends in with the rest of the car well. Verdict: definitely try it! Now wonder if I can do window tint myself… hmmm. :) ... show more

  • Good for PC Case
Size: 5ft x 1ft Color: Matte Deep Black - 2080 M22
I’m a girl and I’ve never had to cover anything in vinyl before so I was a little hesitant to try this. I really wanted my PC case to be a matte black but unfortunately it was only available as a white case. Anyway I was going to spray paint my entire case but felt too lazy to take all the parts out and put it back together again that’s when I found this product and how easy it was to apply. So I said why not, I’m glad I stuck with the vinyl idea because as you can see in picture it came out great than what I imagined. I’m still going to spray paint the panels that can come off but I’m glad I was able to do a good job with the white corners of the PC case. No complaints the color is great, the adhesion feels pretty strong and cutting it was a breeze when using a utility knife and scissors. ... show more

  • Product good, amazon failing to deliver, quite literally
Size: 5ft x 1ft Color: Gloss Atomic Teal - 1080 G356
The vinyl wrap is good. 3m 1080 quality. Amazon failing to deliver in a timely fashion, which seems to be normal for them. Also, as others have pointed out, they practically fold the product and the throw it in a bag. It is not rolled nicely in a roll or hard tube like tint. All three of my orders arrived with crushed ends and vinyl peeling off the backer or ripped up. Overall I'm happy with the product itself, but Amazon needs to fix their packaging and atrocious shipping times. I would buy the product again from the company, but probably not if it's fulfilled by amazon. ... show more

  • Product is is good but color...
Size: 5ft x 1ft Color: Satin Vampire Red - 2080 SP273
I'm looking for a dark matte red and I had no idea how hard this would be. I know they say colors look different online but with the amount of things I buy on Amazon, I've had maybe a handful of encounters where colors didn't match. Regardless, the red looked perfect on here. Even better than I was willing to settle for. It came and I was a little shocked at first. I just stood and stared at it. It seriously made me immediately think of christmas wrapping paper. A deep maroon with a deep shine. Like velvet. I think I could have done it if the shine aspect wasn't in it. I've gone through three colors on here. My best advice even though I didn't want to, was buy the sample cards on anything you want to try. Bring them out into the sun if they are going to be put in or outside of your car. When you see the difference from online and in person you'll thank yourself for not wasting time ordering something and thinking you're going to start your project. Yeah it's a couple bucks and I do NOT like "wasting" money but after ordering three colors and having to send back, I'd slap myself in the head when I started looking for the vinyl. Don't pass up the opportunity. For those that don't have the options, scour the reviews for comparisons of what the reviewer said the color looked like. Check out the pictures too. See if they offer free returns and if no pictures or free returns, gotta make the hard decision. The product itself is great. I've never had a hard time with 3m 1080 or 2080. 1080 is more forgiving because it's thinner but if you stretch it too much it tears or makes stretch lines. 2080 needs more manipulation but it is not difficult and you can stretch it out a bit more to save any mistakes or difficult spots. Either one you're good and it takes practice. I can't tell you how much I've gone through. Yeah I'm a perfectionist but also noob. If you can take the trim off your car, do it! If not, damn it's a mother. You can't get around corners and "lock" it in as much or stretch it to lay smooth and grap the edges. Sometimes you can get away with it and others you can't. BE PATIENT with yourself and when you start telling yourself you suck, just remember everything new takes time to learn. And sometimes, even the professionals will tell you, I wouldn't do that either. (I have a guy who PPF'd my truck and he laughed (politely) and gave me kudos for still going at it. Hey, it's turned into a hobby and some stuff has actually worked! Sorry for the rant. Just check the colors and if you're not winning, sometimes the wrap professionals are the best source. Make a visit and they'll be happy to show you the insane amount of colors. If you get a bad vibe, go somewhere else. Good luck and happy wrapping! ... show more
