It comes vacuum-packed, so don't think it's too thin when you get it out, jusg give it a hard wiggle and it will puff up to its proper thickness.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this for my son’s bed. Taking it out it seemed fine. It was nice and fluffy and comfy. As days passed we started to notice that little feathers were coming out of it. Not a huge deal. However my son started to complain about his clothes and socks and saying something was bothering him. Upon close inspection we realized the little feathers were getting on his clothes and poking him. We bought a cover (blue one in video) hoping this would stop the feathers from poking through but nope. As you can see in the video they are very much still coming out and bothering my son. Really frustrated that I just missed the return window and can’t return it. Avoid this at all cost. Do NOT recommend.

This is the first down comforter I have ever had in my life. I have had "down alternative" comforters before, but they never fared well. After a few washes, all of the filling would end up lumpy, and it was like sleeping with wadded newspapers. I am glad this comforter claims to have construction that prevents it and I hope it works. The weight and loft is just right for our temperate foggy coast here in California. O.K. fabric for the price, though the description here says it is a "60% Cotton/ 40% Polyester" mix, not 100% cotton.
